Payment: full payment required by bank transfer within 48 hours of booking.
Travelling with children: not suitable for very young children

Cancellation Policy:
refund of 50% deposit if cancellation is made more than 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Stays may be moved based on availability.
A booking is only binding once the deposit has been received and the written booking confirmation has been issued by the property.
